Brandon Stanek, D.C., P.T.
Hi, my name is Dr. Brandon Stanek. I have been in the military for 16 years, and I am a Marine Corps Veteran, and current Army Recon Infantry Officer. I have traveled the world throughout my several deployments overseas. After I finished my active-duty obligation, I attended Mankato State to pursue a bachelor's in biology.
I then received my Doctorate along with specializing in sports medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington. Some other certifications I hold are NASM Certified Personal Trainer, FMT level 1 & 2, Graston level 1, Dry Needling certified along with being certified in Orthopedics.
I also have the pleasure of working on some of the best snocross racers in the world. My winters are consumed by making sure these athletes continue to compete at their optimal levels. I look at the whole-body approach with my patients, and make sure that not only do we correct the problem, but that we come up with a long-term solution to get them back to doing the things they love. I ensure that when you leave our clinic you have some tools in your tool box to help with your treatment while at home. These tools include exercises along with strength and conditioning regimes to help get you back to peak performance.
In my spare time I enjoy snowmobiling, dirt biking, hunting and being out on the lake. I also have two beautiful daughters named Ryleigh and Sylvia who I spend most of my spare time with.
Chiropractor
Jacob Gunderson, D.C.
I am Dr. Jacob Gunderson. I received my Doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. I graduated with honors in December of 2023. Prior to my time at NWHSU I went Gustavus Adolphus College, where I graduated with a degree in Athletic Training.
During my time in collage and grad school, I spent countless hours treating patients from diverse backgrounds with various physical complaints. I have experience treating patients following motor vehicle accidents, work, and athletic injuries. During this time, I have furthered my passion of helping patients not just feel better but improve their overall quality of life.
I grew up in Columbus, MN and spent most of my youth at a hockey rink. I played hockey year-round for almost 20 years and with that came many injuries, from broken bones to concussions. Some of the first providers that really listened to my concerns and helped me get back to enjoying the things I loved happened to be my Chiropractor and my Athletic Trainers. This lead me down the path that brought me to Bodywise Chiropractic Center, where I strive to be that support for all my patients and address their unique complaints. My mission is to help my patients live their best life.
I love spending my free time with my fiancée, family and friends. I also enjoy playing hockey, golfing, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.
